Well good news people voted

It was only 5, but people voted.

Well it has been decided, WAR will advance 1 year, when I put out the 
world report the date will be on the top the year 2014.

Here is what I am going to do as your benevolant dictator.

1) I would like to (but not require) have PC's in all the major world 
powers, US, UK, Russia, China, France, to at least have the big players 
taken.

2) Recruiting, I would love to see 5-7 more players, 10 to 12 is enough 
that we can have a bustling game, and not have the WR GM overwhelmed.

3) I will commit to at least one WR a week and Secret action turnaround 
at least 24 hours.

4) How my rulings will be is first it goes against the crack test, if I 
have to ask what crack were you smoking it fails, after that better 
quality is better chance of success.   And in some instances can even 
surpass the crack test, however if you want to turn the US in to a 
facist dictatorship complete with deathcamps that better be some 
Brilliant frickin Mark Twain stuff you're putting out there.*quoted from

I will be giving people things to do which include chaos, adventure 
excitement, danger, it could include terrorists blowing up Chicago, and 
no one will be spared and in the words of Jigsaw "Oh yes there will be 
blood"  This WR will be out tomorrow afternoon then posting begins 
again.  I would love it if everyone posted.  Also anyone with recruiting 
ideas please say
