[War_ooc] ok, you know, this is enough

Normally I would address something like this offlist, but in light of
how things have been and all, might as well speak out for all.

To start off, I really do more than understand the feeling jumped on.
Been there myself in my earlier days with the game and with how I felt
I wasn't being listened to, it was enough to make me really not feel
like even posting the bare minimums to at least let people know my
email was still active.

Going from the secret action sent, we three GMs did read it over and
discuss which led to our approving it as we felt it was good enough to
get some action going. Boy did it get action going since checking
recent post count...to sum it up in one word 'whoooo'.

But in light of responses and such that were coming across as
dogpiling here and there, and offlist discussions at length, Chris has
decided to go on a break from the game for the time being due to some
RL things as it is uncertain as to when he'd come back rather than the
traditional LOA.

As far as China's standing and actions at this point, we GMs are going
to hash that out and decide from there.

As far as the rest, as always, we shall hash that out in game and see
where the writing brings us.
