All,

   With Mike Downey (who should say hi soon...HINT HINT MIKE) coming
back as Russia, we're now...Absolutely huge.

    Twelve people, now.

    That's big. For those who remember when we were an amazingly tiny
four people active, well...We've come a long way.

    Now, with our size comes some changes.

    Buckley and I have agreed on some things:

    1. We're getting somewhat more selective on who we let in (I know
some of you are going to go "More selective is possible?");. This is
my work - I'm going to be more picky in what I let past setup stages,
really. They've always been part test of skills and part negotiation,
and now I'm going to bend a bit less.

    2. Buckley will say more here, but the "dictatorship" period we've
been in will soon, hopefully, be coming to an end.

    3. Activity requirements are back.

    What this means:

    Every player is supposed to post at least 1 post per week. Failure
leads to consequences, unless you let the GMs know what's going on and
ask for an LOA.

    Miss 3 consecutive weeks without an LOA, and you go byebye.
