[War_ooc] Some discussions we need to have, right now

If it is so quiet, and there only limited posts coming out, why are
there delays in the WR? Why is it so difficult that it must be
changed? I was for some time under the impression that they were
supposed to come out every two weeks. But we only have a few posts and
almost a month between WRs. To me it seems there is all the time in
the world to do them.
