Probably 66 Billion Taiwanese dollars would probably buy you about as much as $2 Billion dollars
in the US.  This isn't exactly true, but Taiwan is a pretty well developed nation with a vibrant
international trade, so it's probably a pretty good approximation.  Of course, if you wanted a
better sense, you could look up what Taiwan's GDP is at market rates and at PP rates, and compare
the two.  The PP GDP just takes into account living standards and such.  If the PP GDP is about
the same as the market GDP, then everything I said above is right.  If it's very different, (and
usually if it is different, PP GDP is usually more than market GDP) then it might carry more bang
for the buck.
