While putting together the sim report for NHS today, I got...lost as 
hell trying to put email addresses to players/lurkers, trying to 
figure out which addresses were still live...

If you recieve this message, kindly email me back with the email 
addresses you want subscribed. Some of you have many. If you're a 
lurker, tell me if you'd like to play. If you are not me, Kay, Dan, 
Chris, Ian, or Mike, you are presumptively a lurker.

For my sanity, this will close by the end of the weekend.

At that point, if I don't see an email from an address in my box, or 
the address listed as a duplicate in use by someone, then it gets 
unsubscribed from all WAR lists.
