Hmmm...interesting and workable. I've been rereading World War Z for
the umpteenth time and it is possible to move things ahead of current
events while still keeping them grounded if that makes sense.
Case in point from the book, the rising of the zombies starts after
Iraq's been settled and we're already with the next president, but
other than those events, nothing's different from now. Things are
kept vague other than knowing they're over and it was mixed opinion on
how it was handled.
