Compiled and cleaned up e-mail coming up John.

I am looking at someone for webmaster, I just need to get them interested.

In the meantime I'd like to suggest we all try to hook any PBEM or 
politically minded friends (or both if you've got em) into the game and once 
we have a Webmaster we can do a bit more mass-market approach to 
recruitment.

As for the rules. I support Dan's Arab method.
