Okay everybody...

We have locked in:

Mike Downey as Russia.

I'm hearing noises from:

Ian as Japan (basically there, just compile the leader/party stuff and 
the history stuff into one email for my sake?)
Chris as PRC (In progress, I see)

I hear only the most occasional noises from:

Buckley as the UK (Where are you?)

I'm trying to turn the US from random thoughts into something with 
shape and form.

Not easy.

On other news, we're still looking for a webmaster. I...don't know 
where to look.
