First idea, stop invoking dictatorial powers.  I hate dictators and have a 
habit of overthrowing them... do I need to get the hunting rifle and come find 
you John?  :-p

That being said, I think we should focus rules away from the mechanics of the 
game, and more on what's absolutely necessary.  For instance, the typical 
"exercise judgment" in writing rules.  Posting requirements, etc.
