All right, so apparently with some “minor” tinkering to the Simm Management
System it can be used for WAR. That’s in the words of its creator, so I
imagine minor tinkering to him would take some head scratching for the rest
of us. He’s a college student, so he’s pretty busy and I wouldn’t feel right
asking him to do it for us. I’m sure it’s something we can get through. I’m
pretty busy myself. I made an attempt at messing with this thing but it just
drove me nuts, so I said to hell with it. If someone else would like to
invest some time in dealing with it then you can download it at

Now, the problem is that it requires being hosted with a site that can
support MySQL and PHP. I don’t know what the hell either one of those are
and apparently I just don’t know what the hell I’m doing in general because
I could never get it to work. Nevertheless, I know it works because I’ve
seen it work on several sites. So it can be done! Hopefully one of us is
brave enough to give it a go.
