"Trust and deception"
Ryu Seung-bok
Leader of the 'Korean Revolutionary Force'
September 19, 2006

Seung sat looking over his most trusted friends giving each a small
nod or smile. These were his family, and he theirs. "I've called you
all here because yet again, I need your wisdom."

The voices murmured in unison well wishes and gratitude before
quieting down again and Seung continued. "One of our agents in
Yongbyon reactor has sent us disturbing news, it would seem that the
military is planning a test one of their nuclear weapons. If they do,
the world will isolate our beloved country even further, and might
drive some to war."

Before he had stopped voiced erupted from the assembled group

"We must tell Japan at once!"
"Dog! Licking at the Emperors boots!"
"What else can we do?"

Seung was about to speak, when once voice rose above the rest. "Could
it be a trap?" Jin was leaning in the corner and waited for the others
to quiet. "Could it be a trap?" he repeated a bit softer. "If we move
on this we would be exposed. If we tell Japan, their involvement could
be…Can we trust this man?"

"I don't see as we have a choice," Seung spoke up, "we will tell
Japan, and see what they have to say on the matter." Which ended up in
another yelling match between sides.

After excusing himself from the debate, Seung went back into what was
his hut for the next few hours before they moved camp. Taking out a
piece of paper and pin, he began drawing more figures, never knowing
he had a talent for art it helped take his mind off the events that
weighed on his shoulders every day. Looking down at what his was
sketching the form of several military men holding a leash that was
wrapped around a third mans neck. He had meant the figure to look like
himself but the face was to round…then with a shock he recognized the
face he had drawn and more wheels began to turn in his head.

Speaking to himself softly as he looked over the bit of art, "He owns
the peoples heart…he is all but a god to many…to get the peoples
support…" Seung grinned and looked down again. The image of President
Kim face down in mud being kicked by DPRK generals and reaching out
for help to the Korean citizens, if they could convince the population
that the KRF was trying to help their leader by opposing the military
that was in control…could it work?

ACTIONS
1) Deliver reports and intel to Japanese contacts concerning the
possible test detonation of a nuclear weapon. Let Japan make the call
on what needs to be done.

2) Begin making flyers and pamphlets depicting President Kim as being
helpless and bullied by the Generals of the Military
