"A yes and a no"
Jom Jin Kei
Second of the 'Korean Revolutionary Force'
October 23, 2006

======================================

Jin arrived at the Japanese harbor about 20 minutes before the
official arrival time. He knew someone from their government would
already be there, but most likely would not make his presence known
until then. once he was properly tied to the docks Jin began opening
the hidden cargo compartments onboard his acquired yacht. Looking
around it was a beautiful island, miles away from Japan, and not more
than a few miles in diameter, it was the perfect little get away, or
smuggling port.

As he had expected, one moment the small dock was empty, and the next
several crates were being carried from out of the jungle and onto the
sand. Jin called down below deck and the 5 men who had accompanied
them came up from below, each armed with AK47s.

Jin nodded to one of them, and then made his way onto the dock, and
towards the beach, with the men following a few feet behind.. Jin held
out a simple manila envelope to his counterpart, the contents were
surveillance photos of inside and out of the nuclear testing
facilities, and data about size and effectiveness of the first test.
"I think you'll find this of interest...I'm by no means a scientist,
but from what I could understand, it was between one and two kilotons
by design. Not for missile use, but artillery headed or suitcase
size."

His counterpart simply nodded and took the envelope probably not even
listening to Jin, or at least not making any outside show of it. In
return he handed Jin an envelope of his own and pointed towards the
crates. "Small arms and medical supplies," then turning as another man
moved up beside the two. "And this is agent MIDORI."

Jin looked behind him and nodded, and his fellows began opening the
crates, searching thru them on the docks, before finally loading them,
turning back. "And what can I help you with Midori?"

As the Japanese agent went over the details of the operation Jin
nodded slowly until the mention of blackmail, interrupting his well
prepared speech "No."

The two Japanese seemed a bit confused before Jin continued "He is our
agent. a member of the KRF and we wont have you threatening any in our
ranks with blackmail or the like." and before another word was spoken,
he turned and moved onto the yacht sailing away.

ACTIONS
1) Supply Japan with the Nuclear test information 1-2 kiloton weapon
by design small and smuggleable
2) Take first supply of arm medicine
3) Take the request of the fuel depot strike back to KRF
4) Deny Agent MIDORI access to KRF agents within the KPA
