Saudi: Overdue letters
To: Mr John Williams
President of the United States
From: HRH Ali Bin Bashir Al Saud
King of Saudi Arabia
Encryption: Washington/Riyadh protocol
Dear Mr President.
First of all let me congratulate you personally on the news of your
impending fatherhood. The announcement of a child brings much good news
in to a world in desperate need of it. May the blessings of Allah go
with you and your family.
The reason I am writing you is because of the recent changes I have
begun to enact in the Kingdom, I find myself needing assistance in
creating an independant judiciary and enforcing a written code of laws.
However being that my country has mostly been ruled by Shariah law and
as such we have very little if any trained legal experts, or law
enforcement I would need assistance beginning to set up such efforts.
I would ask to allow for some of our legal experts to view US District
courts in action, and asking for assistance in setting up proper
forensic investigation and criminal investigation from the FBI.
Thank you very much, and I hope we can meet in the future to discuss
matters of mutual interest.

Dear Mr Mayor,
I am writing you today to ask a favor, as you may have read the Kingdom
of Saudi Arabia is taking steps to modernize it's police force, one of
those steps is to instill professionalism, to do that I would liek to
have several Saudi officers ride along with officers of the Chicago
Police Department.
I would also ask that senior Saudi police officials be allowed to
observe and learn about the Community Alternative Policing Strategies.
That your city has been using to such a good degree.
If you agree Saudi Arabia will reimburse any and all overtime costs that
the city accrues as a result of this request.
