Seung was still in crushed thought when the next piece of bad news
crossed his ears. "It seems that the Nuke was only the first stage of
today's events." Jin was speaking to Seung but it would have done the
same amount to talk to a tree. Seung couldn't bare to hear anything
else.

"Seung…the military are burning out whole villages, villages we have
nothing to do with. They are trying to get us to come into the open.
Trying to force us into open war."

Seung opened his eyes slowly looking around. "Our spies?"

"None that we know about, they aired some men but they were delivery
men, caught distributing the posters."

"Damn it…that's it, we have sat on our hands playing by Japan's
'suggestions' long enough. It's been to long since they have known
war. They sit in their towers and look out on the world as if it is a
chessboard." Seung stood slowly moving towards the men who were
sending word of the nuke test to Japan. "Tell them we can give them
the information, but it will cost. I warned them of the Nuke test long
ago and they did nothing. If they want any more information they Will
supply us with weapons."

ACTIONS
1) Advise Japan the information of the internal details of the nuke
comes with the cost of direct military weapons aid
