"Letter to Israel"
Prime Minister Shunich Sato
Japan
October 25th 2006

To: Prime Minister Ehud Olmert
From: Prime Minister Shunichi Sato
[Encrypted Tel Aviv/Tokyo Protocol]

Prime Minister Olmert,

Firstly let me thank you for support of our proposal to allow Japanese
officers gain valuable experience beside the men and women of the IDF. It
will be put to good use.

Now, on to the matter at hand. I am writing Mr. Prime Minister, because I
feel that we are both fighting two ends of the same war. This war is against
the DPRK and Iran. It is no secret these two nations are working together to
develop Iran’s nuclear weapon’s program and that both nations have worked
subtly and not so subtly to undermine our nations’ security. This cannot
continue.

To better equip us for this fight, I am proposing that we ally against these
rogue nations so that we can share resources and intelligence freely and
work together in defeating their plans for nuclear proliferation. To this
end, Japan is willing to offer intelligence from its existing satellite
constellation to Israel, and proposes a joint intelligence task force with
the purpose of, first keeping track of all transactions between North Korea
and Iran related to weapons of mass destruction and second taking whatever
actions are deemed necessary by our governments to blunt the ambitions of
both the DPRK and Iran.

If you are willing to move forward with this Mr. Prime Minister, I am going
to be in the area on the 30th visiting Japanese personnel attached to the UN
mission in the Golan Heights and would be pleased to add to my schedule an
informal visit to Tel Aviv to discuss this and other matters of importance
to Japan and Israel. Regardless of your decision to unite our opposition to
Iran and the DPRK, our ambassador will be contacting your government about
handing over our files on the DPRK’s nuclear program. I hope they prove
useful.

I hope we shall meet on the 30th and that this meeting will only be the
beginning of a much broader and profitable alliance for both our nations to
enjoy.

Signed,
Shunichi Sato
Prime Minister of Japan

Actions:

1> Propose increased cooperation between Japan and Israel against Iran and
the DPRK through sharing intelligence and working togeather on operations
that would slow down or stop either nation's ambitions (yes, including
assassination etc)

2> Offer Israel Japan's files on the DPRK's nuclear program, on the
assumption that this will be the likely direction Iran chooses to go in.
