[War] Gabon-They always forget that quiet kid off to the side

Jean had just finished his official letter to the new American
President well wishing him on his new position.  Discreetly mentioned
was the delicate reminder that in light of the current state of the
Middle East, Gabon was stepping up it's crude oil production and
natural gas exports so any reductions from the usual suppliers
wouldn't quite sting so much.

As it was, America was one of the top buyers, so naturally they should
get first dibs so to speak.

So far it had gone fairly well with the official increasing at the
refineries.  Some impact on the unemployment but not enough for Jean.
A discreet word sent down the lines would give the appropriate nudge
to work harder at increasing operations.

He leaned back in his chair.  Still quite a ways to go, but they still
were going to work at it.

Actions-

1)send the basic nicities letter to the POTUS
2)send a reminder to the mail export partners (US/France/China) that
we're increasing crude oil and natural gas production.
