[War] G8 Summit

I suppose it depends on what the G8 players want.  The way I see it,  
the thing could be postponed by some mutually agreeable time, we  
could pretend it ended this weekend in some fashion, or you all could  
indeed start off in Russia.  Or something.  It depends on what you  
guys want and are doing (e.g. partly on how your characters are  
coming to power, etc).  Comments?
