So everybody knows, this is my checklist of Stuff WAR Needs to resume:

1. People. Someone with Time and Writing Skills needs to handle 
writing ads for places like www.pbem2.com and maintaining them.

2. A built, non-broken website with someone responsible for regular 
maintenance and updates.

What I also think we should do:

Let's *scrap* all of the rules that came before. Think WAR through 
from first principles.
