Y'all are wondering 'Where's that WR?'

Well...The GMs have been busy. I've been helping my girlfriend through 
various issues, Dan is relocating to Pittsburgh and starting grad 
school, and...Well, OK, Chris, what's going on?:)

Anyhow.

In the interests of getting the goddamn thing out and reviving 
activity, I'm going to ask people to step up and volunteer to work on 
a portion of the WR. You need to be able to check your email often, as 
I work at a fast pace...and I intend this to be finished by Thursday 
night, *period*.
